Plot - size and weight of titles

Add a title tab.
Change size and weight (bold) for main title, X and Y titles.
Write the setting on session file.
Help section: update pictures, animated GIFs and HTML.

Proposal:
Use radiobutton to select between Main title, Y title, X title.
Use dropdown for Font size.
Use checkbox for Bold.
