Can we make HERE_NO_EVAL CF specific?

https://www.npmjs.com/package/get-intrinsic has been introduced into our code via dependencies.
It assigns eval to a property in an object, once it is replaced with HERE_NO_EVAL server.js crashes with a ReferenceError
Can we make the HERE_NO_EVAL replacement CF specific somehow?
