reading on several instances from spiffs instead of memory

As this project has been a way to learn C++ sometimes I just hack my way around problems, and reading the spiffs to many times its an example.
I do that several times for because that was a fast way to get the program compiling at that time, and I need to revisit that! @jknight helped me with the jsonarduino project but I don't grasp it all to the code now reflects my lack of understanding on this part!
