displayed time in web-interface locks and doesn't refresh

even with manual refresh time does not get updated. Jason file does not parses new time to web interface. this is a random bug. many times the clock is refreshed with a manual refresh but randomly does not. to temporarily fix one needs to burn again the firmware until it happens again A reboot won't fix it...

Now only with manual refresh time gets updated, we need a routine to update time every minute
