`en-us` -> `en-US`

Unfortunately for IE9, it caps the lang code incorrectly. But it caps zh-TW correctly.

Don't worry though coz English is usually the default language.

OK, unfortunately on a Chinese Windows XP on IE the locale is zh-tw ....
