Multiple camera send not sending all cameras, not adhering to rotation settings in those it does send.

I have 3 cameras maintained by Multicam plugin. Only 2 camera images are sent. There have also been recent issues with changes to how Octoprint manages its webcam interface.
Not adhering to rotation settings in Multicam was a problem before the recent changes however.
