Update library versions and rerun

I really much like the performance insights as (de)-serialization can take up a significant amount of time.

Some tested libraries are however heavily outdated. org.json for example is used in version 20090211 which is by the time of writing more than 12 years old, while there is 20210307 available.

I would like to update the tested libraries to the newest available versions and re-run the benchmark.
