how difficult would it be to allow each user to choose the admin theme they want to use, rather than have one theme for all users?

thanks. I guess it wasn't something that interested many people?
in my case, I like the tab option. But, my project has japanese translations, which don't seem to work well with the tabs or field names in fieldsets on the admin page. so, i was thinking that japanese users could choose the old non-tabbed option for themselves and then they'd get the japanese.

i did not quite understand how the person in #77 implemented it

@rikengct if you open this issue because you need a solution for #237, I think that you can wait for its fix in the next release or submit a PR for fixing it asap.
