Introduction
New feature and inputs that would allow users to add other fuels than
Gasoline | Diesel | LPG | NG | Hybrid | Electric | None

- Adding biofuels (a need for south-american countries - at least)
- Allowing users to add a fuel themselves
(-> both require the help of ifeu)
