Bug: Normal water is broken

The normal vanilla water is broken and will not dampen fall damage, deal breathing changes or allow swimming, boats don't work.

Also I don't know if it's intentional but you cannot swim in blood.

This issue doesn't occur after reinstalling windows and moving to IJ
