Inconsistency in ligature rendering for HTML comment syntax with three dashes

I often use HTML-style comments with three dashes instead of two because it is a special syntax for ISML templates used by Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Three dash HTML comments are treated as template-level comments, so they are stripped from the template when it is processed.

This is a minor issue that has always bothered me a little bit 😅 It would be nice if the <!--- rendered without any ligatures, or if <!--- and ---> were supported with ligatures.

Thank you Colby!
Yes, I'll add this new PragmataPro ligature
