As a user I would like to be provided some simple actions that I can take to get involved/make a difference
- Create and style the first quiz page (#30)
- Use this first page as a template to create the remaining 4 pages
- Each page contains one question and at least two answers
- Each page contains breadcrumbs/a progress bar (#31)
- Each page has an effect on the final 3 suggested actions (#33)
- User can skip questions (#31)
- Make each page style unique
