SERVER_ERROR Response comes back with null character padding to 256 characters

When mcrouter is unable to communicate with memcached, it sends back SERVER_ERROR replies like this:

This will cause such responses to truncate the rest of the message when we write it to other systems because of the null character being treated as a string terminator.
We're currently trimming out the null characters from the response to make the message play nice with other systems but this appears to be a bug because as far as I can tell, this seems to always be 256 bytes of response and does not match the memcached SERVER_ERROR responses (which sends back no null characters).
