watchman on riscv64 platform

Hi all,

I am building watchman-4.1.0 on riscv64 platform, I cloned- https://github.com/facebook/watchman.git

I followed these steps:-

1. Installed dependencies package- autoconf , automake, build-essential, python3-dev
2. ./autogen.sh
3. ./configure
4. make

During running make command, i am facing issue-
