Nginx error

As of the last couple of weeks I am getting the following Nginx web error
An Error Occured!
Please check your request and try again.
If the problem persists, you should contact an admin.

Multi server setup, Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
I have completed rebuilt all of the servers. I am getting the same error after this fresh install
This is closed the HHVM server autoupdated.
