urgent `user_photos` not working

Hello
Unable to access user photos after login user in app

i have unable to submit pages_read_engagement permission in app permission and i follow steps but not working it

Can you tell me what is problems exactly

Currently or Default development mode in app so
i have added role developer user and test user real of fb account but same issue i am unable to access user_photos permission on login time

Can you please help me ?? because there are some changed in facebook

i am using this SDK login working successfully but user_photos not working

can you please know the steps for it because available steps are old may be ??
