Cannot download ASR models for Et and Lt

I am trying to download fine-tuned Wav2Vec2 models, from https://github.com/facebookresearch/voxpopuli#asr-and-lm but getting 403 Forbidden for Estonian (https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/voxpopuli/models/vp_asr/wav2vec2_base_10k_ft_et.tar) and Lithuanian (https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/voxpopuli/models/vp_asr/wav2vec2_base_10k_ft_lt.tar).

Is there a mirror?

Also, the corresponding models in the Huggingface model repo (e.g. https://huggingface.co/facebook/wav2vec2-base-10k-voxpopuli-ft-et/tree/main) lack the actual model files.
