Provide dropdown of already saved patterns

When saving a pattern, if you use an existing name, it will prompt you whether you want to overwrite, but if you plan to overwrite, it would be nice if you could use a dropdown to select an existing name to update, or even autocomplete while you are typing (sorry Linux, won't work there).
