After we have migrated the blog to this new platform, we need to remap the URL of Disqus threads to the right ones.

This process will help also in merging duplicate discussions that we are generating on the old platform.

I'm leaving a wrong Disqus shortname to sabotage it until we have this ready, so we don't generate other duplicates
