Twee-fi widget not always showing up

The twee-fi widget cdoesn't always show up. For example I accessed https://twitter.com/synapta/status/916685142072217600 and the widget wasn't there. Only after scrolling down to the end of the preloaded tweets the widget apeared everywhere.
Steps to reproduce problem:
- Go to a page like https://twitter.com/DATAFYiNG
- If widget appears press reload and the widget disappears
