Package this tool and write a readme

This tool should be set up for easy distribution. That presumably means something with pip. I should research this, and be sure to include ytmusicapi, spotipy, and ortools libraries.

I should also include a README with a basic description, setup information, software design information with a link to my slideshow, a reference to my license and privacy policy, and a polite ask for people to donate if they enjoy the tool (or especially profit from it).
