Stock isn't automatically allocated for manual orders

Hi there,

We will quite often create a manual order within WooCommerce for a customer and then send them over the payment link to allow them to pay for it directly from that link. When we do this though the stock doesn't automatically get deducted in the way that it usually does for any order placed directly through the site. It just gives me a warning on the order page and product pages saying 'Partial or total stock in locations is missing in this order. Please fill the remaining stock.' In this instance the order is moving from status 'pending-payment' to 'processing'.

Is there anyway that stock can be deducted automatically for manual orders like this?
