[BUG] Incompatibility with Ready Set Roll 5e

Description
When both Ready Set Roll 5e and Rest Recovery for 5e are active there is an issue with legendary actions as well as legendary resistances. When either an item that has as resource consumption the Attribute resource.legact.value or resource.legres.value neither gets consumed when rolled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make a fresh world with just the two modules
  2. Import a adult black dragon
  3. double check that its legendary actions are set to consume 1 resource.legact.value
  4. Use a legendary action or its legendary resistance
  5. notice that neither goes down in the attributes tab of the character sheet
  6. See error

Most likely duplicate of #170

Just checked, same issue without ready set roll, so indeed not an incompatibility, but a resource consumption error. Will close then as it appears to be similair to #170
