Add reusable modal for choosing district chosen.

Objective:
Create a new feature that allows user to choose/update their chosen district zone, upon this selection prayer details will be updated and user will be able to see the desire details.

Description:
The new feature will consist of a dynamic/generic modal that will be used by #2 components. User will able to chose the selection.

Functionality:

• User will able to open/closed modal.
• User will able to update their chosen district/zone and based on their selection prayer details will be updated.
• Reusable modal.
