Bug - Resizing with entire row/column selected

When selecting one or more entire rows/columns, the row/column resizer will always resize the selected row/columns.
This is very odd when only 1 row/column is selected. When N rows/columns are selected, this also increases the speed/effect of the drag by a factor of N.

Suggest changing the behavior so that this special group resize only kicks in when dragging the edge of the selection, and is divided by N, to avoid the speedup xN.
