Select Chat Mode & Select Model are Unresponsive

Hi, whenever I select one of the chat modes or one of the models from the menu nothing is happening. Everything else works. I've tried running through docker on my personal computer running Windows and also on an AWS Linux server and they're both having the same issue. Any ideas what's wrong?

Did you ever modify files below:
- /config/chat_modes.yml
- /config/models.yml
