Add or document support for Dryad via DOIDownloader

Description of the desired feature:

I'd like to be able to use Pooch to retrieve files from Dryad records (for instance https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.bvq83bkd4) by their DOI, in the same way one can with Zenodo, figshare, and dataverse.

Dryad provides API documentation at https://datadryad.org/stash/api

Are you willing to help implement and maintain this feature?

I would be able to implement, but I don't have any bandwidth to do so in the next month or so. That may change later.

Hi @khaeru, it would be great to support Dryad as well. It wasn't added yet because we never had a use case. But if you'd like to tackle this then please feel few to do so! No rush and whenever you get around to it.
