Instructions to run the project is missing

It will be hard for developers and contributors to check all the three package.json file to run the project. Most of the contributors would be in beginner level.
So I would like to suggest to add some instructions to run the project in the README.md file

@yokesh004 The instructions are present in the CONTRIBUTING.md file. Please read the README.md properly before opening an issue.
