Pressing RightAlt key closes the compose-mode

Summary

I am using a US Keyboard with an intl. layout. So when I use letters like "ä", "ü" or "ß" i need to press the right Alt (Alt Gr) key.
But when i am doing this the compose-mod gets closed an the hints are disappearing so I cant type german words with hints.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to us-intl. altgr dead keys layout.
  2. Try to type "Häuser" for instance (use RightAlt + q)
  3. the compose-mod will be quit as soon as you hit RightAlt

Expected Behavior

The compose mode should stay on, so I can type my word with hints.

There is still a caveat... the dictionary being loaded, is currently specific to the layout language tag. So you won't be able to use -de dictionary here anyway. I have been thinking about allow user manually configure a list of language to be used for hint, but it was never implemented. For now the only choice might be using a layout that language is tagged with Germany.

But I'll still need to fix your issue anyway.
