Any reason `RebalanceInProgressException` isn't considered in`CommitRecovery.Default`?

What is the reason RebalanceInProgressException not considered retryable in the default CommitRecovery ? If we did so, this in combination with StoredPendingCommit introduced in #117, should work well right? 🤔
