Failed to set data for AppInit_DLLs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set mode to any of the 6;
2. Choose any font type;
3. Click Finish and go through the dialog.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Mactype program should load successfully, instead it displays a box saying
failed to set data for AppInit_DLLs
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mactype_2013_1231_0.exe
Please provide any additional information below.
Does not work in any mode.
