region and laguage filter don't show any differentiation

region specific output is not correct. all the output are same with
different region. same case with the language
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am aslo facing the same issue with region filter and i am not exactly say
about the version but I am using this URL (http://api2.socialmention.com/) with
filter parameters on windows 7 operating system.
Please can you give some pointers to fix this problem.
