When adding a User the role field not filled in the User will not be saved

Description: Where was the issue found: * Committee ID: C00100495 * Environment: STAGE/DEV * Browser: Chrome

Please describe the issue: When adding a User when the role field not filled in, when selecting Add User will not be saved.

Approx. time the issue was found: 11:15 am on 09/05/2024

How to replicate the issue:

  1. Add new user
  2. “Enter Email”
  3. Role field blank
  4. Select “Add' button, the user is not saved. Failing when role not chosen. (This is the bug)

  1. Per UX decision make the role field prepopulated with “Committee administrator” per current design. (Note: Future ticket to be made to include all roles once functionality is implemented.)
