Acceptance Criteria

packit.yml is added to the project
once added, we can successfully create released rpms for datanommer
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/datanommer is now updated by packit

The datanommer package is vestigial and essentially useless at this point. The important packages are python-datanommer-models, python-datanommer-consumer, and datanommer-commands.
