Refactor the fedmsg commands to use click

The new fedmsg-check command uses click (which is super nice) and it would be good to fix all the existing commands to use it as well.

I've got a fair amount of code for this I need to clean up a bit and turn into pull requests so it's probably not the best issue to start on. If you're looking for something to pick up, #455 would be very helpful.
