It would be great to download the data for further analysis. Are there plans to add this feature?

Hi @rebeccawilliams -- thanks for weighing in. You're right: the ... icon will eventually surface the data download function. We're removing the icon for launch to prevent confusion.
As an update, two data download pieces of work are underway:
- Downloads for award transaction data
- User research/design for the account-level data download feature
