Allow user to group feeds.
People should not need to worry about the concept of folders in the first place, but make it easy to find when they want it
在 sidebar 加一个添加文件夹按钮看起来有点 confusing, 容易误解为添加 feed.
想不到更好的地方放置添加文件夹的 UI
怎么办呢🤔
