foundry.utils.IterableWeakMap is not constructor

Bug description

Hi, so I updated from 11.305 to 11.311 and after that, I opened world but my actors were missing. Whenever i try to creat new one, i got this information "foundry.utils.IterableWeakMap is not constructor".

I got this error in 3 different systems.

Is there any way to fix this? Or i just lost a lot of actors :( also i'm attaching screenshot of it.

Welp, after couple hours it works! propably issue with cloudflare
