AndroidAccessory.h missing form download package

Tried to install the lib and do the sample application, got this error.
adktest.cpp:3:30: error: AndroidAccessory.h: No such file or directory
File does not seem to be present.

I don't distribute Android accessory code, you need to get it from ADK page -> http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/usb/adk.html
