Examples or tutorial

Hi,

It would be very nice to have a some runnable examples of using purescript-pipes, and perhaps also a tutorial style documentation. The Haskell pipes tutorial was very straight forward, and maybe this implementation can refer to it more clearly. As a newcomer it wasn't very clear how to learn and use this library.
