one or more of listed domain resolve to 185.199.{108/109/110/111}.153 and breaks redirect of github.io

I don't know exactly which, it just mysteriously auto-add by dnsmasq ipset module to a ipset set.
Probably needs to iterate all of them to find out.

I don't really think this list is suitable for ipset as it surely contains domains that resolve to anywhere. I would still recommend to use chnroutes/chnroutes2/china-ip instead.

One major problem is some sites with CDN will like a consistent source IP no matter which geo server you resolve to, you want direct access to all IP associated with a domain under the same link.
