Fails to install due to unpublished NPM requirements..

This does not work due to lack of versioning requirements. Very frustrating to use this tool as you have to CD to the direct directory where this is installed in your roaming directory to even work, then you will get an error related to unpublished product requirements..
Seems like my experience is the same as many others, they get excited to use this tool, it fails to work randomly and everyone uses the manual method. Save yourself sometime and go ahead and restart or get rid of this worthless tool or actually fix the dang thing to work..
npm-windows-upgrade v5.0.0
Checked system for npm installation:
According to PowerShell: C:\Program Files\nodejs
According to npm: C:\Users\zhumphrey0815\AppData\Roaming\npm
Decided that npm is installed in C:\Program Files\nodejs

You wanted to install npm 8.12.0, but the installed version is 3.10.10.
A common reason is an attempted "npm install npm" or "npm upgrade npm". As of today, the only solution is to completely
uninstall and then reinstall Node.js. For a small tutorial, please see https://github.com/felixrieseberg/npm-windows-up
rade#usage.
