Not getting any channels back

Hi there, I 100% want to use this tool but for the life of me I can't get it to actually see any channels or messages. I'm 90% I have the correct scopes configured.
I've also tried the environment variable and hard coding the token in the source with no luck :/

I was an idiot. I didn't realise you had to press space to select the items in the menu
