support for windows of tippecanoe

I want to ship my product which solely depends on tippecanoe, in windows environment, but cant as I am not able to run tippecanoe on windows, is there an alternative (nothing like wsl).

You can use conda to install it.

@giswqs Hello, I looked at Conda and there is NO Windows version. Availables: Linux64, OSX64 and OSX ARM64
