Some distorted layers

First of all, I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone for this amazing library. It has been really helpful for our work, and I appreciate all the effort put into it. In this data, some of it appears to be correctly structured in some layers while being distorted in others.When I look at it in QGIS or open it with geojson, the line looks fine. But when we look at it with mapbox GL JS, it looks like the screenshot. I've also included the commands and for geojsonl as g_cnode.txt. Can you provide assistance? We are using Mapbox GL JS.
