Issue: DD-MM-YYYY HH:mm format Year has an additional - in front
eg. the field value is
02-10-2018 15:03
picker format I use is DD-MM-YYYY HH:mm
when the picker appear, the year drop download shows
-2018
-2019
Same issue appears in all kind of browser.
Only when the value is blank at beginning, things are OK.
Why my issue is closed with unsolved.
You can try it in your sample page. Set a value and date format year is not in front, you will definitely see this error.
It's such a big issue and if you don't solved it , US and EU person cannot use your code

I had been resolved, but not released to a new version yet...
the issue is OK in latest version 1.0.0 now.
