Can't Add Twitch Service without adding Team

Steps to reproduce
It's when adding the service, I cannot add Twitch without filling the Team text bar.
Expected Behavior
I expected it to add service without the requirement of a Team.
Actual Behavior
It doesn't allow to add Twitch unless I have added a Team.

I don't use twitch - please add a screenshot of the problem @AmeLooksSus

Here is a screenshot of the issue. The Save service button is greyed out and Ferdium highlights the Team input when trying to save this service.
