@fermoya ok I am not very technical in this
i just run this command in terminal (i have macbook 2019 macOS 12.1 , Xcode 13.2.1)
gem install cocoapods-catalyst-support
it says i dont have permission
then i run sudo gem install cocoapods-catalyst-support
and this error comes
i tried multiple solutions but not worked for me after spending 2 days i just reach to you i hope you help this Jr dev

Check out the logs you shared above:

Sounds like you're missing the Command Line Tools. I suggest you follow one of these suggestions
