Clean up these tags on each of the listings:

What changes are we looking to make specifically with these tags? Can we add success criteria to this ticket?

We have several instances where we interchangeably use abbreviations and expanded forms. kv and key-value are examples of one. It would be good to have consistency and also clean up cases where we have the content type listed in the tag. It would be good to come up with a fixed list of tags to be used for future PRs.
