Feature Request: Remove numeric suffix of games's names

I'm using Emulation Toolbox to cleanup my library and works great!. I'd like to request an option for removing numeric suffixes from the game's names like:
"12. Shinobi" to "Shinobi"
"09. Metroid Fusion" to "Metroid Fusion"
"36. Mega Man 2" to "Mega Man 2"
This suffixes are from a curated list of ROMS that are ordered by rating, and this is especially useful for Daijisho on android, that doesn't have a metadata based sorting.
The reason I don't just rename the files is because I sync Retroarch save/state files between devices and changing the file names breaks the association.
I hope this could be useful to other people too.

Don't know if you're ever open to it but I'd love this feature because I have a library of 5k games all with their suffix and it won't download the metadata for it now.
